1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CruitXperts (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CruitXperts is a recruitment and talent consulting platform. We connect job candidates with technology roles that we source, vet, and manage on behalf of companies we work with. All job postings on this Service are created and managed by CruitXperts' own recruiting team. Companies interested in hiring through CruitXperts do so by contacting us directly — we do not currently offer self-service employer accounts.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information on your profile, resume, or in an application
• Create more than one account, or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems

5. Candidate-Specific Terms

As a candidate, applying to a role through CruitXperts does not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement. We aim to represent your application accurately to the hiring company we're recruiting for, but the final hiring decision always rests with that company.

You retain ownership of the resume, profile content, and any other materials you upload. By submitting them, you grant CruitXperts a license to use, store, and share that content as necessary to provide the Service — including sharing it with the companies we're recruiting for on roles you apply to.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Service
• Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited communications to other users
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The CruitXperts name, logo, website design, and all associated content (excluding content you upload, such as your resume or profile information) are the property of CruitXperts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by CruitXperts. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any job placement will result from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruitXperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law
